Introduction
      Cyber Neighborhood Watch introduces an extension to the concept of "Rukun Tetangga".

Objective 
      This concept has the objective of creating a peaceful, safe and friendly environment for families
      living in the neighborhood.


Methodology
      Create a virtual and informed neighborhood via email on "missing piece of information".
      The virtual community will then respond or provide feedback for this missing piece of
      information that will help to solve the issues.


Rules and Regulations
      (a) An official police report needs to be made.
      (b) Go to the nearest Gerakan Service Center with the police report and also a photograph of the
           missing information OR scan the police report and also a photograph of the missing information.
           Send this information to the Bukit Bendera Gerakan Service Center. 
      (c) Give a brief description of the missing information.       
      (d) The virtual community Cyber Neighborhood Watch team will be in action.

           friendly neighborhood.
